Removal of rubber earphonecover inside nose after 2 years in a general practitioner setting during covid-19 pandemic

Inserted a big size of rubber ear phone cover into the nose is rare case.Foreign body regarding children common and need to be seriously considered.Nowadays, using an earphone for music players games isverycommon among that more cautious.In general practitioner’s practice, several limitations seen with no fully equipped emergency trolley, anaesthetic set up X ray. In this case report, we reported 10-year-old child bad smelling breath 2 years on off pain difficulty in breathing. It has become worsened until informshis mother incidence last weeks. Last weeks, was examined dental clinic problem identify. The parents were refused bring hospital because Covid-19 situation worsening state currently. They decided cometo nearby practitioner where smelly soaked pus removed without any complication anaesthesia blunt crocodile forceps.
